At BBB there are over 30 coaches who give women insights and advice into nutrition and eating behaviour, assisting you with your exercises and recording your weight and measurement progress and a lot more! Next to coaching, each team member has their own specialisation:

Annemarie
(BBB coaches co-ordinator) started as a member of BBB, where the concept and atmosphere resonated with so much, that she became a BBB coach. She currently studies Haptotherapy, which concentrates on making a holistic connection with the body. “Your body has it own story to tell”. Exercise, nutrition and pushing the boundaries are aspects of that.

BBB Amsterdam

Britt (co-ordinator BBB Jordaan) is near finalisation of her Economist degree at the University of Amsterdam but has a large interest in coaching, exercise and nutrition. She would like to leverage this passion for health whilst working at BBB.

Paulien (co-ordinator BBB Amstel) graduated at the European Fashion Business school and has nearly completed her degree as a dietician. She has special interest in ‘beauty food’

Debby is a coach and Ground Control Pilates instructor. “I love dance and exercise and want to share my experiences through in Group lessons at BBB”

Karlijn H. is a personal trainer, lifestyle coach and an expert in hormonal balancing. She gives personal coaching and group lessons at BBB.

Karlyn K. is a nutrition expert with experience from Canada and will graduate soon as a Health Scientist at the VU Amsterdam. She has specialised in children with obesity. In the next few years she will develop more coaching for young people and adults.

Maartje has completed her sports teacher degree and is constantly updating her knowledge in nutrition and training. Her passion is to share this knowledge whilst also motivating those that are attending the group exercise lessons.

Merlin completed her Bachelor in Exercise Technology and is now doing her Masters in Human Movement. She is keenly interested in health and exercise and has written her final dissertation about exercise within a heated environment.

Oriane is a dietician and a ‘foodie’ who is responsible for the research and development of all the nutritional programs at BBB, and one of the coaches for the intensive nutrition and behaviour one on one programs.

Rinske is near graduation as a Psychologist with a Specialisation in Behaviour and Health. Her interest is in changing lifestyle and concentrating on breaking unhealthy habits. She is currently completing her thesis in this area at BBB.

Sara is a full time stewardess and completing her education in food consultancy. She finds it a challenge to create a balance between exercise and nutrition; but says ‘Shape Your Life is the perfect solution’ for her and she loves to encourage others to participate.

Silvia is working as a stewardess and because of her irregular lifestyle she understands that it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. Her goal is to teach others the importance of this balance.

Stanneke is a Psychologist with a specialisation in teaching and coaching. She has a passion for yoga, good food, healthy lifestyle. “Live in the moment by ensuring to give attention to yourself and everything you are connected with”

Steffie graduated in Human Movement with an interest in health and exercise. She is also a coach in children’s gymnastics.

Vera graduated in psychology and is also an expert in nutrition and coaching on eating behaviour, habits and emotional eating. She has nearly completed her degree in cognitive behavioural therapy.

Alain (founder BBB) is a Physiotherapist who specialises in back injuries, obesity, maternity issues and diabetes.

Esther (founder BBB) is a Psychologist and has almost graduated as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. She has a special interest in breaking unhealthy eating habits, with a focus on emotional eating disorders and improving your self image.

Inge (founder BBB) is a journalist and expert in nutrition. She has a special interest in the latest development and trends in nutrition. As one of the founders of BBB, she is responsible for the marketing and communications.

Charlotte (founder Body Balance) founded ‘Body Balance’ in 1988 in a second floor building at a perfumery in Tilburg. In 1998 she moved to a bigger location and shortly after she decided to change the name to ‘Beauty Body Balance’. Charlotte feels that coaching is the most important element to assist women in reaching their lifestyle goals. Her children, Esther and Inge then further developed and professionalised the concept, along with Alain.

Frederike (co-ordinator BBB The Hague) is currently studying to become a dietician. She hopes to motivate BBBer’s with her enthusiasm and to motivate them into a healthy lifestyle. She has a past in dancing which she leverages whilst coaching exercise at BBB.

Jill is diëtiste en gezondheidswetenschapper. Ze is deskundig op het gebied van de vertering van voeding in het menselijk lichaam. Hierdoor kan ze op een wetenschappelijke manier uitleggen hoe het jojo-effect ontstaat, waarom crashdieeten slecht zijn en waarom mensen trek krijgen na het eten. Lekker in je vel zitten en jezelf fit voelen vindt Jill belangrijk. Daar hoort beweging absoluut bij, daarom houdt ze zich ook bezig met de hardlooptraining bij BBB.

Joosje believes concentrating on your food, exercising frequently and taking good care of your body is essential for a healthy lifestyle. The total concept of BBB inspired her so much that she transitioned from been a member to becoming a coach. Her strength lays in using her enthusiasm to motivate people to push their boundaries and reach their goals.

Monica is a lifestyle coach and personal trainer. She would like to contribute to a healthy life through making you conscious of your own eating habits.

Renee is competing her Masters in Human Movement. She has been participating in and teaching karate for over 20 years.

BBB Utrecht

Tamar is one of the first coaches at BBB and has a natural talent in coaching, according to a lot of BBB’ers. Next to this she teaches pilates at BBB.

Frederique graduated as a veterinarian and has a wealth of experience in teaching group exercise lessons. She feels good nutrition and exercise are key elements of life.


Gwen has a long history with coaching, nutrition and exercise. She is also a stewardess that flies around the world.


Jessica has a passion for everything that has to do with vitality. She started as a member at BBB, where she lost a significant amount of weight, then believing in the concept has since become a coach. She is also a masseuse and specialising in therapy for those with food addictions.

Linda graduated as a Psychologist and has a passion for food, which she leverages to create healthy recipes for BBB for coaching and for workshops. She is studying for her diploma in food consultancy.

Marianne is a dietician, yoga teacher and a masseur. At BBB she leads the intensive nutrition and behaviour programs, gives yoga lessons and creates specialised exercise programs for those that require additional medical attention.
