We believe we can coach women into a health lifestyle by gaining an insight into their eating habits through food journals; and thus empowering them to become conscious of their food choices. Together with the BBB coaches, we make an analysis of your eating habits to improve your choices and eating behaviour. If nutritional advice fits within your unique lifestyle, then it will become easier to sustain over time. Therefore, BBB will create your tailored nutritional programs that can meet your needs and concerns.
Follow a Workshop
BBB looks at nutrition and behaviour from different angles. Every month you can follow an interesting and educational workshop, which is free for members and covers a variety of topics and issues, such as self image, self expectation, understanding eating habits, eating disorders, mindful eating and detoxification.
